I don't like the lack of height of the center stone. It looks like it sits higher in the photo.
The surrounding stones look bigger in the photos, too, and the band isn't as wide as pictured.
The lack of correspondence is disturbing. I didn't know anything about the process unless I asked. The ring is pretty enough it's just not as pictured.

It took a little extra time because we add a hidden halo to which ment recasting, but the customer service is exceptional.. They responded to me quickly everytime and with great detail. Thank you.
